Distillation Trays
We come with our standards developed for the selection, specification, design and manufacture of a comprehensive range of fully compatible Column Internals for ensuring maximum reliability and performance. These standards are continuously improved to incorporate enhancements and unique design features based on the experience gained from testing, installation and customer plant performance data.
Hydraulic Design
We normally do Hydraulic Design specially for individual tray layout to accommodate the required process conditions in any case of distillation column. Tray hydraulic design takes into account vapour and liquid flow rates, physical properties, operating limitations including tray to tray variations in order to ensure effective and efficient column performance.
We generally used our software and developed by process engineers to efficiently optimize all tray layout parameters including:
- Tray diameter and spacing
- Weir Heights and Downcomer Clearannces
- Number of flow paths
- Number, type and size of Bubble Device
- Downcomer style and size




Column Packing
We are manufacturering a wide range of random and structured packing to serve our customers in the Asia Pacific Region – a role has been playing since 1987. We are capable to support in a complete range of services, from shipment of bulk column packings on a commodity basis to a complete package of column packing internals, inclusive of engineering design against required performance with and on site supervision for installation.
Generic types of Random Packing - There is a wide range of applications throughout the industries for long time. Therefore, the performance characteristics are well known and design data can be accessible from public sources. Generic Column Packing is available in a wide range of commercially available materials and our generic random packing is able to conform for any industry standards.
Dynalox™ Metal Packing is a high performance column packing developed specifically for Distillation. The result is a robust and cost effective 3rd Generation High Capacity Random Packing. Dynalox Metal generates optimum space efficiency in applications where moderate to high L/G is encountered such as in high pressure hydrocarbon separations.We have Dynalox Metal Packing in most metallic materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Zirconium and high nickel alloys and is currently available in sizes #25, #40, #50 and #70.
Dynaflo™ Ring Packing is the most radical proprietary packing developed by our manufacturer. The packing elements retain their basic slotted ring heritage with an open skeletal structure typical of high performance thermoplastic random packing.We have Dynaflo Rings in a wide range of thermoplastic materials including Polyproylene, HDPE, PVDF, ECTFE, PFA etc. The standard size range is #25, #50 and #75.
Dynapak™ Structure Packing is a typical structured packing formed from corrugated sheets of perforated embossed metal (EM series) or wire gauze (WG series). The result is a very open honeycomb structure with inclined flow channels giving a relatively high surface area but with very low resistance to gas flow. Dynapak is manufactured in a wide range of sizes by varying the crimp altitude. Packing Surface ranges from 50m2/m3 (lowest efficiency, highest capacity) to 750m2/m3 (highest efficency, lowest capacity).

Packed Beds - A Packed Column consists of one or more beds of either randomly dumped or structured column packing. The Packed Beds require compatible support and retainer grids to ensure packed bed integrity. The other essential items, such as Collector Trays etc., broadly classified as Column Internals, are therefore as important to the proper functioning of the column as the actual Column Packing.
Packing Support Plates - Every Packed Bed shall be supported within the column by a compatible Support Plate or Grid. Packing Support Plates are available in a wide range of metallic and thermoplastic materials. We are able to provide the complete range of Packing Support Plates including.
Liquid Distributors - Effective liquid distribution is an important factor in consistently achieving maximum mass transfer efficiency from a packed bed. A variation in liquid rate across the bed effectively can increases the target number of theoretical stages due to the resulting variation in L/G ratio. Our manufacturer site can do flow test prior to dispatch to ensure distribution efficiency. Our High Efficiency Liquid Distributor can provide the optimum balance between packed bed efficiency and practical mechanical design such as.
